to change a button, we're probably not the right shop.

We measure weeks in deployments, not sprints. If it's in production, we can argue about it.
If it isn't, it's a slide.

The business problem is the job.
Understanding why we're building matters as much as what. Good engineers here have opinions
about the client's P&L, not just their TypeScript config.

Everyone here has at least six years under their belt. We don't have junior engineers right now —
but nobody owns a kingdom either.
