Xcentric IT has grown from a freelance collective into a studio that partners with mid-market operators across Europe — from insurers to manufacturers to agencies with a marketing problem that turned out to be a software problem.
We assemble small, embedded teams — usually 3–6 people — that sit close to your business, ship weekly, and don't need a project manager to translate between them and your stakeholders. Most of our engagements start as one project and become long-term partnerships.

We don't run discovery workshops for six weeks. Most engagements go from first call to running staging environment inside a month — with a dedicated team that stays with you through launch and beyond.

Before we write code, we define the first version that could ship — the thinnest slice that proves the model. Engineering, design and stakeholders agree in one document.
Our internal low-code/no-code platform gives us a huge head start on data models, auth, admin UIs and API surface. Roughly a third of our projects now ship on top of it.
One demo a week, one executive review a month. Release early, let the system meet reality, adjust. The roadmap is a living thing, not a document signed off in Q1.
After launch we stay on as operators — monitoring, iterating, training your internal team if you have one, or running it end-to-end if you don't.
